To prepare and submit a Vietnam visa application, we collect only the data required for that purpose:

• Passport details (name, passport number, validity, nationality)
• A passport-sized photo
• Travel dates and planned entry/exit points
• Contact details (email, WhatsApp number)

How we use your data

• Your personal information is used exclusively for visa processing.
• Data in transit is protected with SSL encryption.
• Data is securely deleted after the visa is issued.
• We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Necessary disclosure to authorities

To obtain your visa, the application must be submitted to the competent Vietnamese immigration authority. The data required for the application is therefore transmitted to that authority and, where applicable, to the local partner who files the application on your behalf.
