Who we are

VisaVietnam.shop is operated by CULTURETEK PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202411139W), Singapore. We provide a visa application service for Vietnam.

What the service covers

We prepare and submit your Vietnam e-Visa or Visa on Arrival application and deliver the approved visa (or pre-approval letter) to you. To apply you provide a passport valid for at least 6 months, a passport photo, your travel dates and your intended entry/exit points.

Fees

Prices are shown in USD and include the government visa fee ($25). Standard (Normal, 5–7 days) service starts at $40 for a single-entry 3-month e-Visa and $75 for multiple entry. Faster tiers (1 day, 4 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour) carry additional speed-up fees as listed on the pricing table. Prices for "already applied — customer provides code" cases are quoted on request.

Processing times

Standard processing takes 5–7 business days. Urgent tiers range from 1 business day down to 1–2 hours, subject to submission cut-off times shown on the pricing table. Times are estimates for the preparation and submission we control; the actual issuance depends on the Vietnamese authority.

Approval & refunds

• The final visa decision is made by the competent Vietnamese authority. We cannot guarantee approval.
• If an application violates regulations or is rejected by immigration, or the result is delayed due to immigration processing, the government fee ($25) plus a $2 service fee are non-refundable, as per immigration policy.
