One booking per traveller and trip; visa and Fast Track count together. Cancelled, unpaid and fully refunded bookings do not qualify. Monthly periods use Singapore time. Night supplements are excluded; product-specific terms and minimum prices apply. Individual agreements replace the standard rate.
