Privacy notice

We use account, traveler, passport, flight and application information to provide the services you request. Agencies must be authorized to provide each traveler’s information. Do not upload unrelated documents.

We share only the information needed for your service with Vietnamese immigration authorities and the assigned local visa or airport operator. Hostinger provides hosting and email; Stripe processes payments. Data may be processed in Singapore, Vietnam and these providers’ service locations. Contact us for the operator assigned to your case.

We use an essential session cookie for sign-in. Optional first-party statistics run only after you agree, using random browser identifiers for up to 30 days. We measure page visits, language, device category, broad traffic source and key actions. We do not include names, IP addresses, passport details, form text, full URLs or payment details in statistics. Aggregated daily reports are kept for up to one year, privately on our server. You can withdraw consent using Statistics settings; essential booking and payment records are handled separately to provide the service.

Contact nina@visa-vietnam.shop or use the inquiry form for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. We keep data only as needed for the service, disputes and legal recordkeeping, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of travel documents after your case is completed.
