You are responsible for accurate traveler information and valid travel documents. Purchasing assistance does not guarantee a visa or entry into Vietnam. Immigration authorities make the final decision. Do not make irreversible travel arrangements solely on a processing estimate.

Processing on Vietnam working days only. Weekends and public holidays: request a quote. All times are Vietnam time (UTC+7). Visa decisions remain with the immigration authority.

Book at least 4 hours ahead. Under 2 free; ages 2+ adult price. Arrival at night: +$5 (23:00–06:30). Transfers are not included. Airport access and waiting times depend on local operations.

Full-service eVisa prices include government fees. Acceleration applies to an existing application. Prices are in USD; the amount payable is shown before you confirm payment.

For cancellation or changes, contact nina@visa-vietnam.shop with your booking reference. Before work or supplier booking begins, we refund the payment in full. Afterwards, we refund the unused portion, less work already performed and non-recoverable authority or supplier charges, with a breakdown. If we cannot provide the booked service, we refund the unprovided portion. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
