Every booking requires flight details and a ticket upload. Save the booking, then upload its ticket before submitting or paying.

Create your account and traveler profile. For visa bookings, upload a clear passport biodata page and a recent portrait, and add travel dates and accommodation. Every booking with us also requires the airline, e-ticket number, flight number, Vietnam arrival time and a ticket upload linked to that booking. Follow document review and payment in your account, then download the result. Urgent services require availability confirmation before payment.
